RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create product designs, production drawings, and manufacturing tools for industrial labels, sealing materials, films, and small integrated components.
• Prepare products for manufacturing using vector graphic design software.
• Process incoming drawings and specifications, and create product designs based on customer requirements and defined technical parameters.
• Maintain daily communication with customers.
• Design and release the production tools required for manufacturing approved products (such as screen printing films, printing plates, cutting dies, etc.), and prepare production instructions.
• Perform computer-aided design work, data processing, and administrative tasks.
• Plan and coordinate the production preparation process, ensuring smooth implementation and communication with the manufacturing team.
• Maintain continuous communication with production and other internal departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with vector graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD).
• Accuracy and attention to detail – this position does not involve creative graphic design.
• Technical mindset and the ability to interpret customer drawings and technical specifications.
• Responsible, proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality work.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong communication skills for daily customer interaction and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments, adapt to changes, and work flexibly.

CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE

• Previous experience in a similar position or in the printing industry is an advantage.
• Our company uses both conventional and digital printing technologies, including screen printing, flexographic printing, digital printing presses, laser cutting, CNC milling, and flatbed die-cutting.
