This year marks a special milestone:
Gravic Hungary turns 20
Back in 2005, when we opened our plant in Debrecen, we started with just 22 colleagues. It was a small beginning, but we had big ambitions, strong belief, and a shared dream: to build a company where precision is second nature, trust is the foundation, and every achievement reflects the dedication of our people.
Now, in 2025, that dream lives on in a team of nearly 120. Our client base has grown significantly, and our solutions are present across a wide range of industries, from automotive and electronics to healthcare and aerospace.
20 years through the lens of our professional journey
Twenty years is a long time, and for Gravic Hungary, these two decades have been all about continuous growth, bold ambitions, and shared milestones. It wasn’t just our team that grew, but our aspirations too. We expanded our production capacity, introduced cutting-edge digital tools, and committed ourselves to sustainable operations.
Over the years, we have strengthened our portfolio with advanced laser and digital printing technologies, built and expanded production facilities, and established a dedicated engineering department to meet the challenges of the future.
By 2014, we had implemented CRM and MIS systems, followed by lean management and project management functions. In 2019, we introduced new coating and cutting machines and upgraded several areas to enhance employee comfort. In 2025, we reached a new level with the opening of our Class 7 certified cleanroom, enabling ultra-precise manufacturing. At the same time, we revamped our entire warehousing system. The multi-level raw material shelving setup and two automated storage units significantly improved flexibility and operational efficiency.
But this journey is not just about machines, systems, and tech innovations. It is about people. Our colleagues bring energy, knowledge, and passion to work every day, making Gravic more than just a workplace, but a true community and professional hub.

New colleagues quickly feel at home, and even interns soon become part of the team. Many of them stay with us for the long run and build their careers here.

Whether it is professional training, fun internal games, or flexible options for working parents, our goal is to create a workplace that people genuinely enjoy being part of.
Connections that create value
We believe the future starts with the steps we take today, and that is why supporting young talent is so important to us. We have long collaborated with local educational institutions to help the next generation grow professionally.
Together with six other companies in the printing and packaging industry, we maintain a strong partnership with the Debrecen SZC Baross Gábor Technical School, where we support technician training, promote interest in printing professions, and help nurture future talent.
We also work closely with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Debrecen. We regularly organize factory visits so students can get a first-hand look at what it is like to work at a modern, precision-focused manufacturing company.
Being part of Debrecen’s professional community is important to us too. Whether it is HR roundtables, professional forums, or joint initiatives with the Debrecen Vocational Training Center, we show up and contribute to shared ideas. We truly believe we achieve more together.
Corporate social responsibility is also a key part of our culture, from donating leftover materials to shelters to brightening up the walls of the Debrecen Children’s Clinic.
Looking ahead
Our 20th anniversary is not only a celebration, it is a moment to look back with gratitude and look ahead with fresh goals.
