Main tasks:

• Setting and meeting supplier quality targets in line with the company’s strategic goals.
• Managing and coordinating supplier quality related activities within the group.
• Informing suppliers in case of internal problems or customer complaints (non-conformity) regarding supplied raw materials, handling complaints.
• Evaluation and documentation of first samples from suppliers.
• Preparation and approval of inspection plans for purchased raw materials.
• Performing supplier product and process audits.
• Complaint management, efficiency and supplier accountability monitoring.
• Participation in APQP tasks for NPI projects.
• Coordinate PPAP approval process for raw materials.
• Cost recovery process support.
• Supporting supplier selection.
• Conducting supplier evaluations on a regular basis.
• Review and approval of supplier quality improvement plans.
• Close co-operation with related departments.

Expectations:

• Bachelor degree or more (preferably engineering)
• Confident English knowledge
• Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PAPP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Quality focused mindset
• Willingness to travel
