• Setting and monitoring the objectives of the Quality Management Team in line with the Corporate Business Strategy
• Development and supervision of the quality management system;
• Managing processes in compliance with IATF 16949,
• Manage and coach team members to meet performance targets and provide continuous feedback
• Communicating with customers;
• Handling customer complaints, communicating the status and outcome of the defect analysis process, 8 D approval;
• Control and supervision of the non-conformance analysis process;
• Participation in APQP meetings;
• Moderation of APQP processes including preparation of FMEA/CP, process capability studies, conducting MSA/measurements;
• Supervise the identification of special characteristics (SC) during the APQP process;
• Coordinating internal reviews, audits, preparing annual audit plan and recertification plan;
• Taking care of the necessary corrective and corrective actions in case of discrepancies in internal audits.

Expected qualifications and experiences:

• You have a university degree in engineering,
• At least 6-8 years of professional experience and 2 years of management experience;
• Confident in communicating in English and Hungarian, both orally and in writing;
• You have specialized knowledge of SPC, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, 8D;
• You are familiar with IATF 16949.
