We are looking for a new colleague to join our dynamically growing team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy communicating with customers, work accurately, and like coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Daily communication with international customers in English, both verbally and in writing
• End-to-end management and tracking of customer orders
• Processing and recording orders in the ERP system
• Preparing and sending order confirmations
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Supporting invoicing activities
• Assisting in the handling of customer complaints
• Liaising with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales departments
• Preparing reports and customer-specific administrative documentation
• Coordinating customer satisfaction surveys
• Maintaining up-to-date customer data and documentation

We Are Looking for You If You

• Hold a university or college degree
• Have confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer relations
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate precise, independent, and responsible work practices
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Have a customer-focused mindset
• Can effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
